This website is operated by WildSnow under the Sheen Wax brand. You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to use this website. You agree not to use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Any fraudulent activity will lead to immediate account termination and potential legal action.

4. Product Use Disclaimer
Our products are intended for outdoor equipment care only (e.g., skis, snowboards). Misuse or inappropriate application (e.g., for non-sporting purposes or industrial settings) voids all guarantees. Customers are responsible for using the product as directed.
We are not liable for:
- Damage caused by improper application
- Allergic reactions or sensitivities to ingredients

5. Pricing & Payments
All prices on our website are listed in INR unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including those with pricing errors.
Accepted payment methods include:

- Third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay or Stripe)
Sheen Wax is not responsible for any data breaches or errors occurring through third-party gateways.
6. Order Fulfillment and Shipping
We process orders within 2-5 business days. Delays due to external circumstances (e.g., weather, courier issues, or regional restrictions) are not our responsibility.
Shipping Guidelines:
- Domestic and select international delivery
- Tracking number provided after dispatch
- We are not liable for lost packages if incorrect addresses are provided
7. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Return is requested within 7 calendar days of delivery
Returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense unless the product was defective or wrong. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the return.
We reserve the right to deny returns on discounted, limited edition, or clearance items.
8. Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sheen Wax and its operators disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
This includes, but is not limited to:

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or our business operations will be settled under the jurisdiction of courts located in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India.
